A new Oasis documentary centered on the band’s reunion tour is heading to the big screen this September.
Disney, Magna Studios and Sony Music Vision announced that the currently untitled film will open in select cinemas and IMAX worldwide on September 11. A streaming release will follow later in the year, with the documentary set for Disney+ internationally and Hulu and Disney+ in the United States.
The project follows Liam and Noel Gallagher as Oasis return to the road with their Live ’25 tour, marking the band’s first run of shows since their 2009 split. The film is expected to include rehearsal, backstage and onstage footage, along with joint interviews with the Gallagher brothers.
Steven Knight, best known as the creator of Peaky Blinders, is involved in the documentary, while Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace are directing.
Oasis’ reunion has been one of the most closely watched rock comebacks in recent years, with the documentary giving fans a closer look at the tour and the wider response around the band’s return.
